HSWG 지능형 건조기의 핵심은 전기 에너지를 복사파로 변환하는 방사 기술이다. 도료가 묻어 있는 피 건조물 위주로 열을 집중하는 최적화 도파 기술과 복사파의 밀도를 조절해 온도를 제어하는 기술이 적용됐다. 기존 적외선 건조기술은 사용범위가 70㎝ 수준이었으나, 쓰리텍은 복사파가 나가는 거리를 20m까지 늘려 산업용 건조기로 쓰는 길을 열었다.

 이 제품은 기존 열풍 건조 설비에 비해 에너지 사용량이 30% 이상 적은 게 장점이다. 복사파 발생 장치와 도료사 이에 공기 등 열을 전달해 주는 매질이 필요 없어 에너지 손실이 적기 때문이다. 배출한 열을 다시 흡수해 활용하는 배열회수 기능을 적용한 것도 에너지 사용량을 최소화한 비결이다. 이 제품은 액화천연가스(LNG)를 연소하는 대신 복사파를 사용하기 때문에 이산화탄소 배출량이 기존 열풍 건조 설비보다 30% 정도 적다. 연소 과정에서 발생하는 유해 가스도 거의 나오지 않는 데다 화재사고 위험도 적고 설비 내외부 온도는 열풍 건조기에 비해 40도 이상 낮아 근로자에게 쾌적한 근로 환경을 제공할 수 있다.

The core of the HSWG intelligent dryer lies in its radiative technology, which converts electrical energy into radiant waves. It incorporates optimized waveguide technology that concentrates heat primarily on coated workpieces to be dried, as well as temperature control technology that regulates the density of the radiant waves. While conventional infrared drying technology had an effective range of only about 70 cm, Threetech has extended the reach of radiant waves up to 20 meters, opening the way for their use in industrial drying systems.

Compared with conventional hot-air drying facilities, this product uses more than 30% less energy. This is because it does not require a medium such as air to transfer heat between the radiant wave generator and the coated material, thereby minimizing energy loss. Another key factor in reducing energy consumption is its heat recovery function, which reabsorbs and reuses discharged heat. In addition, because this product uses radiant waves instead of burning liquefied natural gas (LNG), its carbon dioxide emissions are around 30% lower than those of conventional hot-air drying systems. It also generates almost no harmful gases during operation, presents a lower risk of fire accidents, and maintains both internal and external equipment temperatures at more than 40°C lower than those of hot-air dryers, thereby providing workers with a more comfortable working environment.
