② When entering into an entrustment contract, the environmental Science Technology Education Network specifies matters related to the prohibition of personal information processing beyond the scope of the entrustment, ensuring security measures, limitations on re-entrustment, and the management and supervision of the subcontractor's responsibilities, according to Article 26 of the "Personal Information Protection Act." 2. Whether there is predictability regarding additional use or provision based on the circumstances of personal information collection or processing practices
3. Whether the additional use or provision of personal information unduly infringes on the data subject's interests
4. Whether measures such as pseudonymization or encryption have been taken to secure safety
Article 15 (Results of Personal Information Management Level Diagnosis)
① The environmental Science Technology Education Network receives an annual "Public Agency Personal Information Management Level Diagnosis" conducted by the Personal Information Protection Commission in accordance with Article 11 of the "Personal Information Protection Act" to ensure safe management of data subjects' personal information.
② The environmental Science Technology Education Network achieved an 'A' grade in the 2022 Personal Information Management Level Diagnosis evaluation.
